The award-winning owner of Valley Catering brings more than two decades of experience to his clients. For fourteen consecutive years he was a chef for the AT&T Pro-Am at the Lodge at Pebble Beach and was the head chef at the Point After restaurant in Alamo, California.

Chef Rodrigues has been proud to serve as a consultant to the United States Navy Culinary Education Program and to fine restaurants worldwide.
